| Yes, the products are ISI branded. The materials used are manufactured by Alimco Enterprises, Kanpur , U.P. which is a Government of India undertaking. |
| Do you provide a guarantee-period for your products ? |
| Yes, the products like Caliper Kits etc are guaranteed by the company for 1 year against any manufacturing defect. |
| Do you provide free replacements for any damage/breakage ? |
| Yes, certain products are guaranteed for replacement. |
| Do you have D.G.S. & D. or E.P.M. rate contract ? |
| There is rate contract for the Government of India's ADIP scheme products. |
| Are Sales Tax & Octroi levied on your products ? |
| Sales Tax is exempted for the products. |
| What is the delivery time taken ? |
| After registration, the appliances are delivered within 10- 15 days, if possible earlier. |
| What is ADIP scheme ? |
ADIP scheme is sanctioned by Govt of India to supply artificial limbs, aids and appliances to the physically disabled as indicated below.
Income upto Rs.6, 500 per month ---------------------Free supply.
Income between Rs.6, 500-10,000 per month ----50% charges to be paid
Income above Rs. 10,000 ---------------------------------Full charges to be paid. |
